WEDDING SPECIALIST:
Our Wedding Planning Specialist will help you create a one-of-a-kind event that is truly personal
and unforgettable for you and your guests. We can be reached Monday through Friday at

NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT:
Cypress Bend Resort is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room,
event room, public areas and restaurant / bar areas. For the convenience of our smoking guests we
have provided several outdoor areas to accommodate their needs.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
No outside food, beverage or alcoholic beverage product or service may be brought into the hotel.
We do however allow guest to bring in a wedding cakes on the day of the event. Please contact the
Catering Office for current menu and pricing. All banquet menus and prices quoted are subject to
change.
SPECIAL EVENT & TIMES:
Cypress Bend Resort allows 5 hours’ maximum event time and 6 hours for a ceremony and
reception (this does not include set-up and tear down time). If additional time is requested prior to
the day of the event an additional cost of $300 per hour will be charged to your invoice.
SET-UP TIME & VENUE ACCESS:
Cypress Bend Resort allows entry and use of the venue for set-up 4 hours before the event start
time. If additional time is needed contact your Cypress Bend Resort representative for more
information.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE:
If you elect to have alcoholic beverages served at your event, the hotel requires that all beverages
be dispensed only by hotel staff. The hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires the hotel to: (1)
Request proper identification (Photo I.D.) of any person attempting to obtain an alcoholic
beverage and refuse service to those under the age of 21 or if no proper identification can be
produced (2) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the hotel’s judgement,
appears intoxicated. No outside alcohol of any kind is permitted on premises.
