Can we have our ceremony and reception at Cypress Bend Resort?
Yes, all three venue options have beautiful locations for both your ceremony and reception.

Do you allow outside vendors?
Cypress Bend Resort is a full-service facility. We have some flexibility on outside vendors
depending on our guest’s specific needs. All vendors need to be approved by hotel management
prior to the event date. Please refer to our preferred vendor list.

Can we arrange for engagement and bridal picture on the property?
Yes, if you have booked your wedding event at Cypress Bend Resort we are more than delighted to
accommodate your wedding photography needs. Bridal Portraits and Engagement Pictures can be
scheduled by appointment during regular business hours. Some of our most scenic spots are

located at the 18 green overlooking the scenic Toledo Bend Lake. Ask your wedding specialist for
more details.

Does Cypress Bend allow outside catering?
No, but our packages can be easily altered to cater to your every need.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. Cypress Bend Resort’s liquor license prohibits any alcohol to be brought on premises.
Alcoholic beverages are offered by Cypress Bend Resort and we have an extensive wine, liquor and
beer list available to fit your needs.
