Progress Report
By now you should see progress. Do you see progress? If you’ve followed the
steps, “Congrats to you, I’m sure you do!”
If you haven’t arrived at your desired results, no biggie, just start the Rounds
again. While some experience desired results Round 1, 2 or 3 others take more.
Everyone’s journey is different, focus on yours and don’t give up too soon.
Let’s get to the next steps, so we can continue seeing results.
Round Four
1. Complete Round 4 letter
2. Gather the copies of the letter(s) you sent the creditor
3. Write the tracking number, sent date and received date
4. Send letters to creditors certified mail
(no return receipt, cost $3.55-4.10)
5. Record and maintain tracking information on “Tracking Log”
Sending the dispute activity to the credit bureaus now holds the creditor
responsible for adhering to FDCPA. It is their responsibility to be sure creditors
and collection companies have and provide proof they have a right to collect
and report debt to bureaus.
