Round Two
Derogatory accounts will fall off Round one, others will take more time.
1. Fill out & complete “Round 2 letters,”
2. Hand write “Send contractual agreement or delete immediately” on the
letter
3. Sign all letters
4. Send letters certified mail
(Cost $3.55-$4.10/letter - no return receipt)
5. Record and maintain tracking information on “Tracking Log”
Creditors will respond in 1 of 3 ways:
1.Delete account from credit No further action required
report(s) w/appropriate bureau
2. Validate Debt Creditor send a contract with your
signature
3. Respond by sending a bill or This is not a validation you are in fact
statement the debtor, further action required
