Minimum qualifications: Relevant Master’s Degree or equivalent in Human R esources ( NQF 9 a nd above)
Minimum experience: 10 years g eneralist H C e xperience in the various HC functions, of which fi ve years
in a s enior HC management function, w ith t he ability t o l ink p rofessional H C p ractices w ith b usiness n eeds
and priorities.
Desirable a dditional education, work experience a nd personal qualities: B usiness A cumen: Knowledge
