Is the test result ok? IN
Yes>go to Step 3.

No> Replace the rear fog lamp switch. DI
3. Check if the harness is short to the power supply

a. Ignition switch:LOCK. EG
b. Disconnect the connector H012 of left rear combination lamp and the connector H011 of right rear
combination lamp TR

c. Rear fog lamp switch is off, ignition switch: ON.

d. Take a multimeter voltage gear to measure the voltage
between No. 6 terminal of the left rear combination lamp
connector H012 and No. 6 terminal of the rear right FR
combination lamp connector H011 and grounding.
Standard voltage: ST

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

H012(6)- grounding Storage battery voltage

H011(6)- grounding Storage battery voltage

Is the test result ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.

NO>repair or replace the harness short to the power supply

4. Replace the body controller

a. Replace with the same body control module and recheck the rear fog lamp

Is the test result ok?

Yes>replace the body controller

NO>retest the above steps
