DI - 264 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Is the test result ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.

No > Repair or replace the wire harness of earthing switch.
3. Check the hazard warning switch.

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B042 of danger alarming switch.

c. Use a multimeter to measure the conductivity of the
terminal of hazard warning switch connector B042.

1-2 No breakdown
switch is not pressed.

1-2 Conduction
switch is pressed.

The back lighting 4-6 Conduction

Is the test result ok?

Yes>go to Step 4.
No> Replace danger alarming switch.
4. Check the signal circuit of turn signal lamp switch.

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B034 of lamplight combination switch.

c. Disconnect the connector B061 of body controller.
d. Use a multimeter to respectively measure the resistance
between 7# and 8# terminals of lamplight combination
switch connector B034 and the resistance between 8# and
19# terminals of body controller connector B061.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B034(7)-B061(8) About 0Ω

B034(8)-B061(19) About 0Ω

Is the test result ok?

Yes>go to Step 5.
No > repair or replace the signal wire harness of turn signal lamp switch between lamplight
combination switch and body controller.
