Failure phenomenon Phenomenon description IN

While turning the ignition switch to "ON" position, placing the
DI
lamplight combination switch at "Left turn" or "right turn"
position or turning on the hazard warning switch, all is normal
Left or right turn signal lamp or hazard warning lamp is off. except that the left or right turn signal lamp is off. Take the EG
front left turn signal lamp as an example. The right turn signal

lamp or hazard warning lamp shall use the same method for
TR
inspection.
Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the bulb of front left turn signal lamp. AX

a. Check whether the turn signal lamp or hazard warning lamp connector in front left combination lamp gets
loose or falls off. FR

b. Dismantle the turn signal lamp or hazard warning lamp bulb in front left combination lamp.
c. The positive and negative poles of bulb are connected to ST
the positive and negative poles of battery respectively.
Check if the bulb can be on.

Check if the result is ok?

Yes>go to Step 2.
NO>replace with the same spec bulb
2. Check the wire harness and connector between front left turn signal lamp and body controller.

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.

b. Disconnect the connector B004 of left front steering lamp

c. Disconnect the connector B061 of body controller

d. Use a multimeter to respectively measure the resistance of

7# terminals of left front steering lamp connector B004 and
10# terminals of body controller connector B061.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B004(7)-B061(10) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
NO>repair or replace the open harness.
