DI - 404 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Basic inspection
1. Check the diagnosis interface

a. The diagnosis interface is located below dashboard.
b. The diagnosis interface is 16# terminal.

Caution
The terminals not indicated in the table are empty terminals.

2. Measure CAN bus voltage

a. Measure the voltage between the 6# terminal (CAN_H
conductor) and 14# terminal (CAN_L conductor) of
diagnosis interface B018 and the body earthing, and
determine whether there is short circuit in CAN bus power
supply (such as the conductor with higher voltage than CAN
communication circuit) and earthing (such as the
conductor with lower voltage than CAN communication
circuit).

Standard voltage:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B0018(6)-grounding 2.5~3.5V

B0018(14)-grounding 1.5~2.5V
