Precautions IN
1. In operation of generator, the positive terminal of the battery or the B + terminal harness of the
generator cannot be removed, otherwise the entire circuit of the vehicle will generate excessively high DI
instantaneous overvoltage and the generator cannot collect the accurate voltage signal, so that the
generator voltage is too high, which easily leads to that the electrical components in the vehicle circuit
components are burnt out. EG

2. The generator is a negative ground, so the battery must have the same ground polarity, otherwise the
battery will discharge through the silicon diode and burn the diode. TR

3. After the generator is running, you cannot use the method of spark test to check if the generator is
generating electricity. You can use the bulb or the multimeter to test it; otherwise it will damage the AX
diode easily.

4. When inspecting the generator silicon rectifier components, the megger, or 220V AC current is not FR
allowed to use to check the insulation of the generator, otherwise it will damage the diode.
5. When replacing the generator, install the generator belt not too tightly, otherwise it will shorten the ST
life of the generator bearing.

6. When the engine speed is low, avoid long time to open excessive load, otherwise it will cause the BR
battery to feed. Because when the generator speed is low, the generator power is small, and a long time

to open too much load will make the battery feed.

7. In operation, the starter is characterized with a short time and high current, so it cannot work
continuously for a long time; each starting shall be less than 5s, and the interval of two starts shall be
more than 30s; after starting the engine, the reverse drawing time of starter shall not be longer than 30s. EL
Otherwise the starter will be burnt out due to the temperature increase.

8. After starting the engine, the ignition key shall be promptly removed from the starting gear, cut off
the starter power, and do not refuel when the ignition key is still in the starting gear, this will make the
engine speed rapidly increase, resulting in starter failure.

9. The function of starter is to start the engine, do not use the starter as a motive force to move the
vehicle.
