1. Check the condition of transmission's fixed connection and control mechanism

a. The vibration or ups and downs of vehicle due to road conditions during driving, will cause the

transmission and clutch housing, frame, engine, support transmission shaft, and output flange connection to
loose. So the fastening should be checked every 1200 ~ 1400km of driving. EG

b. During the use of transmission in use, a series of abnormal conditions gradually appeared due to wear and
deformation of gear, shaft, bearings, and ball-head swinging arm of gear shift mechanism, which should be TR
checked.

c. Due to exposure of the operating mechanism, poor lubrication, rusts caused by water in oil, will wear out

the ball-head swinging arm of gear shifter, resulting in gear is not in place or difficult to shift, which should be

checked frequently.
2. Check the seal of transmission FR

a. Check the oil seal condition of the first shaft end, and the second shaft end.

b. Check the external of the shell and cover for traces of oil.

Oil seal, oil seal lip will be gradually blunt for often use, thus the elastic force of the oil seal will reduced,
and sealing effect will be weakened, resulting in oil leakage.Lack of oil due to oil leakage, results in poor
lubrication, parts wear accelerated. So it is recommended to replace the oil seal every 20000km. BW
