TR-46 Transmission and Control Mechanism - Manual Transmission

Change
1. Secure the vehicle

a. Park the vehicle on a flat road surface, with a triangular pad before and after the wheel to ensure safety.
b. Turn off the main battery switch.
2. Remove the transmission shaft (see Chapter AX Axles, Transmission Shafts - Transmission Shaft -
Transmission Shaft, Replacement)

3. Press the circlip of odometer harness connector and
disconnect the odometer harness connector
Caution

Do not pull the harness directly.

4. Rotate to disconnect the harness connector of
reverse switch

5. Rotate to disconnect the harness connector of
neutral switch

6. Dismount the clutch cylinder

a. Remove the fixed cotter pins of the yoke pivot of push
rod of clutch slave cylinder.
b. Take off the yoke pivot of push rod of clutch slave
cylinder.
