           BASIC MAINTENANCE




           1.     Notices
           (a).   Harness should fixed by circlip or wire clip to avoid loosening wear.
           (b).   Harness should not be connected too tight, especially note in the corner, when
                  bypassing acute or metal hole, using rubber or insulated pipe to protect the harness,
                  otherwise harness is easily worn and short circuit and grounding occur, and have
                  the possibility of causing fire.
           (c).   When connecting with the electrical equipment, respectively connect to the
                  equipment according to the connector specification and the conductor color or
                  insulated pipe color in the joint. If is not easy to distinguish the head and tail of the
                  conductor, generally can using test lamp to distinction; short circuit testing method
                  should not be used because it is to burn the conductor in the power system.


                                                      2.      Replace The Connector
                                                      (a).    Press the connector latch.














                                                      (b).    Pull open the connector to both sides, and
                                                              must not directly yank the wire.














                                                      (c).    Use a small screwdriver to pick out the
                                                              protective sleeve inside of the connector.
                                                      △ PROMPT:
                                                      If there is no protective sleeve, directly to the next
                                                      step.
