3. Replacement Of The Terminal
(a). Remove the old terminal.
(b). Strip some insulation layer of the wire end.
(c). Choose the appropriate size insulating
tube and wire terminal, put on the wire end.
(d). Use pliers to clamp the connecting wire
end respectively with the insulating layer
and wire core.
4. Break Wire Repair

The conductor in the wire harness is often broken due to wear, vibration or accidental
load, usually use broken end welding method, press-sleeve method or adding connector
method.
(a). Broken end welding method.
• Strip some insulation layer of the two end
of broken end.
