WIPER AND WASHING SYSTEM

PRECAUTIONS

1. Ignition switch expression

Ignition Switch Ignition Switch Expression
(Position)

OFF Turn off ignition system.

Park, connecting the electric equipment when the vehicle stops, such as
ACC
radio and tape player and cigar lighter, etc..
Drive, connecting the electric equipment when the vehicle operates, such
ON
as meter and warm-up, etc..

HEAT Engine heat, connects the preheating system of the engine.
START Start, starting the engine and then being back to "on" automatically.

2. Cut off power supply
(a). Before removing or installing any electric installation and when the tools or
equipments have easy access to the exposed electrical pins, the battery negative
harness must be firstly disconnected to prevent the injury of people and the damage
of the vehicle.
(b). Unless otherwise indicated, the ignition switch must be off.
