DIAGNOSIS-POWER DOOR LOCK 62-141

(b). Disconnect the connector C58 of the body
controller.

(c). Measure the resistance between the No.1
pin of the connector M02 on the door lock
position switch and the body controller C58
connector E20 with the multimeter.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
M02 (1) - C58(E20) ≤ 2 Ω

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step3.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

3. Check the short circuit to ground of the tailgate lock motor

(a). Disconnect the connector M03 of the tailgate lock motor.
