62-140 DIAGNOSIS-POWER DOOR LOCK

Diagnosis Procedure

1. DTC Test

(a). Turn off the ignition switch and all the
electrical appliances and connect the
vehicle diagnostic device to the diagnose
interface.
(b). With the ignition switch: "ON", read and
clear the DTC with the vehicle diagnostic
device.
(c). Turn off the ignition switch and all the
electrical appliances and after 3~5 seconds
reset the ignition switch on the "ON" gear.
(d). Read the DTC with the vehicle diagnostic
device again.

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step2.
No >For accidental faults, check whether the plug of the tailgate harness connector is
loosen and eroded.

2. Check the harness and the connector ( body controller-door lock position switch)

(a). Disconnect the connector M02 of the door
lock position switch.
