HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING

PRECAUTIONS

1. Never carry refrigerant in a sealed place or near the open flame.
2. Protective goggles must be worn.
3. Be careful not to let the liquid refrigerant come into contact with eYes or skin.
If liquid refrigerant comes into contact with eYes or skin:
(a). Clean with plenty of cold water.
(b). Smear clean petroleum jelly to the skin.
(c). Immediately go to a doctor or to the hospital for treatment. .
4. Do not heat the container or exposure it to the fire. .
5. Don't make the container fall or hit.
6. "If there is not enough refrigerant in the refrigeration system, do not make the
compressor work."
"If the refrigerant in air conditioning system is insufficient, inadequate lubrication, the
compressor may burn out, please pay attention to avoiding this kind of circumstance
happening."
7. When the compressor operate, do not open the high pressure pressure air pipe
valves.
(a). Just open and close the low-pressure air valve.
If open the high pressure valve, the refrigerant do counterflow, this will lead to the
rupture of compressor cylinder.
8. Don't add too much refrigerant to the system.
(a). If the refrigerant is overmuch, it may lead to poor performance of refrigeration, poor
fuel economy and engine overheating problem and such problems.
9. Don't run compressor without refrigerant.
10. Surrounded by water or rainy days, do not open the sealed refrigeration cycle
system.
11. Cover frozen oil tightly at any time, and should indicate the frozen oil grades, and
not mix different brands of frozen oil, in order to prevent oil and viscosity reduction."
12. When installing the refrigeration system, the reservoir must be put in the final
installation.
13. After the replacement of refrigerant, first supplement the frozen oil to system, and
then fill the refrigerant.
14. Repair tools must be clean and dry, installation and repair area should be clean.
15. Various sealing cushion (gasket) must be produced by using rubber sealing material
which has good compatibility with the refrigerant used.
16. Connection house is specially made for refrigeration material , R-134a suitable
connection hose shall be in nylon lining.
17. Refrigerant emissions must be slow to avoid refrigerant oil is brought out, and can't
contact with the lustrous metal surface.
18. Can't fill low pressure end with liquid refrigerant , when fill refrigerant from the high
pressure end, don't start the compressor.
