19. Never use steam clean condenser and evaporator, cold water or compressed air
can only be used.
20. When repairing the refrigeration system, it shall use protective cushion and such
goods to protect cars.
21. When the refrigerant hasn't been filled in the refrigeration system,the compressor
can't be started. 62
22. If you want to save the compressor (used) for a long time to prevent corrosion, the
air in the compressor shall be exhausted, again use the refrigerant or dry nitrogen
to fill the compressor.
23. Before vacuum process, the sealing situation must be checked, making good
handling of the leak in advance. After installation workbe finished completely, it
shall check whether the action of automobile parts is normal, cooling pipe, cooling
system and circuit are in good conditionand the performance of air-condition is good
or not.
24. When installing auto parts, the clearance between the parts should be checked,
don't let them contact with or close to each other it shall be separated from other
components with the insulating material.
25. The spring washer must be added when metal parts are installed.
26. Parts installed on the engine must be tighten by specified torque.
27． If the suspended body which all assembly installed are different from each other or
have different vibration, they cannot be connected by hard pipe.
28. Precautions related to the wire:
(a). To prevent electrical wiring short circuit, before the start of parts installation
operation, the battery cathode connection line (or ground) must be removed.
(b). Wire connection must be reliable and strong fixed.
(c). If the wire gets through metal plate of the body, the rubber retainer shall be added (in
order to protect the wire).
(d). In case of repairing or removing other line in the process of repair, it must be
recovered after the repair.

(e). Wire must be fixed in the original wiring harness of the car with plastic tape or with
the original fasteners.
(f). Other parts in the installation of air-conditioning, be careful not to clamp the wiring
harness.
(g). If you want to weld the original wire welding, it must use wire with equal diameter,
the connections must be wrapped with adhesive plaster.
(h). Wire can't be close to moving parts or high temperature components (such as
engine exhaust pipe and cylinder, etc.), and it shall be away from direct heat more
than 50 mm.
(i). The wire must separate from fuel line, away from direct heat more than 100 mm.
(j). Check carefully whether the wire contacts with sharp objects or movement of the
parts.
