3. Check the harness and the connector (start-up tripping relay -grounding)

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Unplug the start-up tripping relay R04.
(c). Connect battery negative cable.
(d). Start engine. 62
(e). Turn on A/C Switch.

(f). Measure the voltage according to the
values in the table below.
Standard Voltage：

Connect by Standard value
multimeter
R14(2)—Grounding
Battery volt
R14(3)—Grounding

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 4.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

4. Check air condition compressor relay

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Unplug air conditioning compressor relay R14.

(c). Check air condition compressor relay R14.
Standard resistance：

Conditions Multimeter Specified

Normalcy 1-2 Breakover

T o impose
voltage between 3-5 ＜ 2Ω
pin1and2

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step5.
No >Replace the air conditioning compressor relay to validate again whether this fault
exists or not.
