(d). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
D53(4)—D57(4)

D53(5)—D57(3) ＜ 2 Ω

D53(6)—D57(1)
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 7.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

7. Check rear blower motor

(a). Ignition switch:"OFF".
(b). Disconnect rear blower motor connector D59.

(c). Check the function of rear blower motor
D59.

Connect the Specified

Apply the Battery (+)-1
battery voltage Front
blower
between the No. Battery(-)-2 motor run
1 and No. 2 pin
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 8.
No >Replace the rear blower motor.

8. Check the harness and the connector (rear blower switch-grounding)

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Disconnect rear blower switch connector D53.
