Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 5.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

5. Check the wiring harness and connectors (rear blower relay - rear blower motor
speed regulation resistance ) 62

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Disconnect rear blower motor connector D59.
(c). Disconnect rear blower speed regulation resistance connector D57.

(d). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

D57(2)—D59(2) ＜ 2 Ω

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 6.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

6. Check the wiring harness and connectors (rear blower motor speed regulation
resistance-rear blower switch)

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Disconnect rear blower switch connector D53.

(c). Disconnect rear blower speed regulation
resistance connector D57.
