(b). Measure the resistance between the No.7
pin of connector C66 on the sound unit and
the grounding with the multimeter.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
C66(7) - Grounding ＞ 1MΩ

Is the result normal?
Yes>Replace the CD/DVD sound unit module.
No >Replace the fuse: F3(15A), repair or replace from fuse F3 (15A) to sound unit C66
connector No. 7 pin .

4. Check power supply and grounding circuit

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect sound unit connector C66.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to make sound units drop.

(c). Ignition switch:"ON".
(d). Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between the No.4 pin and No.8 pin of
sound unit connector C66, No. 4 pin and
grounding.
Standard Voltage：

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

C66(4) - C66(8)
Battery volt
C66(4) - Grounding
