(d). Measure the resistance between the No.1 pin of the clock spring connector C17 and
the horn switch with the multimeter on the resistance range.

Is the result normal?
Yes>Replace the clock spring.
No >Maintain or replace the harness open circuit between the connector C17 and the horn 62
switch.

6. Check the harness and the connector (horn switch-grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the connector C17 of the clock spring.
(c). Disconnect the horn switch.
(d). Measure the resistance between the horn switch and the grounding with the
multimeter on the resistance range.

Is the result normal?
Yes>Replace the horn switch.
No >Maintain or replace the harness open circuit between the horn switch and the
grounding.
