Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the fuse

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Open interior fuse box cover.
(c). Take out steering fuse F5 (10A).
NOTICE:
A special fuse puller is required for removing the fuse. It shall not be directly pulled out by
hand, which will damage the fuse easily.

(d). Check if the middle fuse wire of steering
fuse F5 (10A) is fusing.
Disconnect Normal

Check if the fuse is fusing.
Yes>Replace the fuse.
NOTICE:
While replacing the fuse, be sure to replace it with a fuse of the equal ampere rating value.
The steering fuse value of this vehicle type is (10A).
No ＞ To step 2.

2. Check the harness disconnection

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect body controller connector C56.

(c). Ignition switch:"ON"，use a multimeter
to measure the voltage between No. C6
terminal of connector C56 and the ground.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
C56(C6) - Grounding Battery volt
