5. Check harness short circuit to the grounding

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect connector N02 and N05.

(c). Use a multimeter to measure the resistance 62
between No. 1 terminal of connector N02,
No. 1 terminal of connector N05 and the
grounding.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
N02(1) - Grounding ＞ 1 MΩ

N05(1) - Grounding ＞ 1 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>Replace BCM body controller.
No >Repair harness short circuit to ground between connector C56 to N02 and C56 to
N05.
