(c). Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between No. 7 terminal of connector A28
and the ground.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)
Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
A28(7) - Grounding ≤2Ω
Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >Repair or replace harness.
3. Check Harness Short Circuit To The Grounding
(a). Disconnect connector LF combination lamp A28.
(b). Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between No. 9 terminal of connector A28
and the ground.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)
Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
A28(9) -Grounding ＞ 1 MΩ
Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>Replace BCM body controller.
No >Repair harness short circuit to ground between connector C56 and A 28.
