Check if the result is normal?
YES> To step 3.
NO> If connector P02 Pin 6 of gearshift lever has no battery voltage, repair the open circuit
between fuse F19 (5 A) and connector P02 Pin 6 of gearshift lever.

3. Check harness and connector(Gearshift lever - ground connection) 62

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Examine resistance between Pin 12 of the
combination meter connector P02 and
OFF
Ω ground connection with a multimeter.
P02 Standard resistance:
Multimeter Standard value

P02 (12) - Grounding ≤ 2 Ω

Check if the result is normal?
YES> To step 4.
NO>Repair circuit between connector P02 Pin 12 and ground connection.

4. Check harness and connector(Parking brake lock - gearshift lever)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect connector C09 with the parking brake lock.
(c). Disconnect connector P02 with the gearshift lever.

(c). Examine resistance between connector
C09 Pin 2 and connector P02 Pin 9 with a
OFF
multimeter.
P02 Standard resistance:(Check for broken

YES> To step 5.
