5. Check harness and connector(TCU- gearshift lever)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect TCU connector P01 .
(c). Disconnect connector P02 with the gearshift lever.

(c). Examine resistance between connector
TCU P01 Pin 7 and gear gearshift lever P02
OFF
Pin 7 and resistance between connector
P01 P02 TCU P01 Pin 11 and gear gearshift lever
Ω
1 P02 Pin 8 with a multimeter.

P01 (11) - P02(8) ≤ 2 Ω
Check if the result is normal?
YES > To step 6.
NO> Repair circuit between connector TCU P01 Pin 7 and gear gearshift lever P02 Pin 7
with a multimeter.
Repair circuit between connector TCU P01 Pin 11 and gear gearshift lever P02 Pin 8
with a multimeter.

6. Examine the gearshift lever

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect connector P02 with the gearshift lever.
(c). Replace with a new gearshift lever with normal functions.

Check if the result is normal?
YES > Replace with a new gearshift lever.
NO> Automatic transmission assembly.
