Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 3.
No >Maintenance related faults.

3. Check the power circuit of intake pressure/ temperature sensor

(a). Disconnect the connectorE21 of intake pressure/ temperature sensor.
(b). Ignition switch: ON .

(c). Measure the voltage to ground at pin3 of
the intake pressure/ temperature sensor
connectorE21
Standard voltage：

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

E21(3)-Grounding 5.0±0.25V

Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 4.
No > Repair or replace harness.

4. Check the signal circuit intake pressure/ temperature sensor

(a). Ignition switch:：LOCK.
(b). DisconnectECUconnectorE01.
(c). Disconnect the connectorE21 of intake pressure/ temperature sensor.

(d). Measure the resistance between the intake
pressure/temperature sensor connector
E21 pin4 and the ECU connector E01 pin
39 .
Standard resistance:

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

E21(4)-E01(39) Approx 0Ω
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 5.
No > Repair or replace the faulty wiring harness.

5. Check the intake pressure / temperature sensor ground circuit

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the connectorE21 of intake pressure/ temperature sensor.
