Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 4。
No > Repair, change or assemble again.
4. Check the relevant accessories
(a). Check whether the canister control valve vacuum hose is connected tightly or
damaged or not.
(b). The vacuum regulator hose of the fuel pressure regulator is installed fixedly or
damaged or not.
(c). The brake system vacuum booster tube is installed fixedly or damaged or not.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 5。
No > Modify or change.
5. Check the throttle body and idling motor
(a). Check whether the throttle pulling wire is tight or not.
(b). Check whether the throttle has oil and carbon deposition and is stuck or not, the air
intake channel around the throttle has oil and carbon deposition or not,and the idling
motor has carbon deposition or not.
(c). Start the motor, idling rotation.
(d). Use a diagnostic tool to perform the idling speed motor test.
(e). When the diagnostic tool controls the idling speed motor extending motion, the
motor speed can have a high or low change simultaneously. (It can feel shake when
touch the idling speed motor byhand.)
(f). Unplug the idling motor plug inspection, measuring connector terminal should be 12
v voltages.
(g). Check whether the idling speed motor has extension or not when turn on the ignition
switch.
(h). When turn off the ignition switch, check the idling motor works or not.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 6。
No > Clean, fix or change the harness, connector or idling machine.
6. Check the cooling liquid temperature senor and the intake pressure temperature sensor
(a). Check whether the inlet pressure temperature sensor assembled right or not.
(b). Dismantle the inlet pressure temperature sensor.
(c). Check whether the sensing hole is blocked or not, and whether the resistance
between the terminals is in line with the standard or not.
(d). Check whether the cooling liquid temperature sensor is dirty or not.
(e). Check whether the cooling liquid temperature sensor is dirty or not.
