DIAGNOSIS-ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM 62-609
(b). Use a diagnostic tool to perform the idling speed motor test.
(c). When the diagnostic tool controls the idling motor extending rotation, the motor
speed can have high or low changes simultaneously. (Feel the shake whentouching
the idling motor by hand.)
(d). Unplug the idling motor plug inspection, measuring connector terminal should be 12
v voltages. 62
(e). Check whether the idling motor extends or not when the ignition switch is turned on.
(f). When turn off the ignition switch, check the idling motor works or not.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 4。
No > Clean, fix or change the harness, connector or idling machine.
4. Check the cooling liquid temperature sensor
(a). Check whether the resistance between the terminals of the cooling liquid
temperature sensor is in line with the standard or not.
(b). Check whether the cooling liquid temperature sensor is dirty or not.
(c). Ignition switch: Turn the ignition switch on, and read the data flow of the Coolant
temperature sensor shown on the diagnostic tool.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 5。
No > Clean and change the default parts.
5. Check the inlet pressure temperature sensor
(a). Check whether the resistance between the terminals of the intake pressure
temperature sensor is in line with the standard or not.
(b). Check whether the intake pressure temperature sensor is dirty or not.
(c). Ignition switch: Turn the ignition switch on, and read the data flow of the intake
pressure temperature sensor shown on the diagnostic tool.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES> To step 6。
No > Clean and change the default parts.
6. Check the fuel injector
(a). Unplug the injector connector.
(b). Unplug the fuel distribution pipes and injector together.
(c). Add the battery voltage of 12 V directly to the injector.
(d). Every injector shall inject the fuel according to the standard flow and have uniform
atomization.
