                2)  Service  Costs  - The  labour and  material costs  of  cleaning  (lubricating  and grease),  topping
                    (braking  fluid  and  other  working  fluids),  simple  inspection  (visual  inspection  or simple
                    measurement) and other service items are included the service cost, instead of separately listed.
                3)  Consumable Costs - The costs of workshop consumables, such as sealant, cleaner, cleaning
                    gasoline, diesel, kerosene, alcohol, sandpaper, cleaning materials are included in the handling
                    fee.
                4)  Labour Rates - If not specified in the FOTON Warrant Policy & Procedures Manual, the labour
                    rate shall be determined by Foton NZ.

                5)  Sublet  Repairs  - All sublet  repair work  related  to  a repair area,  undertaken  under warranty
                    becomes the responsibility of the original sublet repairer.

                6)  Duplicate Labour Times - In case of simultaneous implementation of similar items, it shall be
                    only priced based on the item with the highest rate. No duplicate pricing is allowed. For example,
                    when replacing the rear left wheel rim, the bearing and oil seal of the wheel rim and the half axis
                    of the rear left wheel, it shall be priced at the service of wheel rim replacement, rather than the
                    sum of all four items.
                7)  Overhaul  Standards  -  The  overhaul and  intermediate  overhaul  of  the  vehicle,  engine  and
                    assemblies shall follow the automobile repair standards promulgated by the related authorities
                    in  China,  the  user and  repair manuals  published  by  Foton  and  the  user and  repair manuals
                    published by the engine, gearbox and other assembly manufacturers. The service provider may
                    define its own standards, yet not lower than the standards referred to above.

                8)  Technical Standards - The service items and labour rates are based upon the repairs meeting
                    all related technical standards. No repair costs shall be paid in the case of missing or rejected
                    items, non-compliance of technical standards or customer complaints.

                9)  Diagnostic Times - The repair diagnosis time usually includes inspection, check, adjustment
                    and simple replacement.

                10) Major Assembly Repairs - The replacement of major assemblies (engine, gearbox, front axis,
                    rear axis,  frame  and  driver’s  cab)  and the  overhaul and  intermediate  overhaul of  such  major
                    assemblies  within  the warranty  period shall only  be performed after  approved by  Foton  New
                    Zealand.

                11) Engine Removal - If some of the works can only be performed after removing the engine from
                    the vehicle, the total man-hours shall be added to the item " Replace Engine Assembly " (Service
                    Code 020101).

                12) Warranty  Compliance  -  No  payment  is  available  for any  warranty  repair item  that  is  not
                    compliant to the Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual. Any falsely reported items may result in
                    disciplinary action if applicable, including the termination of the Dealer Agreement.

                13) All  rights reserved  -  Without  written authorization from  Foton International  Trade  Co., Ltd,
                    Beijing, this manual shall not be reproduced, translated or extracted in any form.

                14) Foton  International  Trade  Co.  Ltd,  Beijing,  reserves  the  right  to  alter vehicle  design  and  the
                    Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual at any time, without prior notice and without undertaking
                    obligations.

                15) This Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual is to be read in conjunction with the Warranty and
                    Service Bulletins published by Foton NZ.
