ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM - ACCELERATOR CONTROL SYSTEM 11-69

REPLACEMENT 11

1 . Switch off the ignition.
2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging
- battery, replacement")
3 . Remove the accelerator pedal assembly.

(a) Disconnect the accelerator pedal assembly
connector.
(b) Screw out the accelerator pedal assembly
fixing bolts.

4 . Install the accelerator pedal assembly.
(a) Tighten the accelerator pedal assembly fixing
bolts.
Torque: 8～10 Nm

(b) Install the accelerator pedal assembly
connector.

5 . Connect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging -
battery, replacement")
