(e) Reconnect the transmission wiring harness
connector.
(f) Refit the transmission control mechanism
bracket, and tighten the fixing bolt.
(g) Connect the gearshift flexible shaft onto the
transmission.

5 . Refit the console.（refer to “Chapter 83 Dashboard and console - Replacement,
console”）
6 . Check whether the transmission control mechanism can shift the gear smoothly.
