P115- ENGINE MAGNETIC SPEED / POSITION LOST TWO

SIGNALS - THE DATA UNSTABLE, INTERMITTENT, OR
                 INCORRECT

                 Description
1 . The crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor are Holzer effect 04
sensor. The engine control module (ECM) provides a 5V power to the position
sensor. After the teeth on crankshaft speed indicator ring or the lobe at the back
of the camshaft gear turns the position sensor, the position sensor generates
a signal. The ECM identifies the signal and converts it to an engine speed. ECM
determines the engine position according to the missing teeth of the crankshaft
                        gear.
