5 . Check the motor machinery
(a) Use an endoscope to observe the in-cylinder condition.
(b) Check engine internal parts, such as crankshaft, camshaft, timing mechanism and so
on.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 6.
No >Replace and repair the internal machinery fault of the motor.

6 . Check gearshift mechanism
(a) Check whether the gearshift mechanism is stuck.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7.
No >Maintenance related faults.

7 . Replace ECM
(a) Replace ECM. (Refer to "Chapter 11 Engine control system, Engine control module")
(b) Check the data flow of the engine, and make sure the engine phenomenon does not
exist, the system is normal.
