(b). Clean the sealing surface.
(c). Cut the tube nozzle at the front mark ( the
nozzle diameter is about 3 mm).

(d). As shown in the figure, evenly apply the
Loctite 5182 sealant onto the mounting
surface of the valve chamber cover.
Sealant line width: 2 ~ 3 mm
PROMPT:
The valve chamber cover must be fitted within 5
minutes after the sealant is applied.

(e). Install the valve chamber cover, and pre-

(i). Install the vacuum pump.
