REMOVAL AND INSTALLTING

1. Remove the front coolant pipe subassembly
(front coolant pipe subassembly)
(a). Remove the intake manifold bracket.

1 • Remove the intake manifold bracket fixing nut
① .
• Remove the intake manifold bracket fixing bolt
② and intake manifold bracket.

(b). Remove the front coolant pipe subassembly.
NOTICE：
After the front coolant pipe subassembly
is removed, use the plastic bag to wrap the
connection between the front coolant pipe
subassembly and the thermostat housing to avoid
the entry of foreign matters into the front coolant
pipe subassembly.
• Remove these 2 front coolant pipe
fuwx12C265 subassembly fixing screws (arrow
direction).

• Disconnect the wiring harness clip (arrow
direction) and move aside the wiring
harness.
