12C-130 ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM - FUEL SYSTEM

(i). Install the low pressure fuel pipe
subassembly, and pre-tighten the low
pressure fuel pipe subassembly connecting
nut ① and the low pressure fuel pipe
subassembly fixing screw (for the
horizontal engine).
1 (j). Tighten the low pressure fuel pipe
subassembly connecting nut with the
torque 20±2 N•m and the low pressure fuel
fuwx12C336 pipe subassembly fixing screw with the
torque of 5± 0.8N•m (for the horizontal
engine).

4. Remove the vacuum pump
(a). Remove these 3 vacuum pump fixing bolts
(arrow direction) and the vacuum pump.

5. Check the vacuum pump
(a). Check the vacuum pump seal ring for wear and breakage; if any, immediately
replace it.
(b). Check the vacuum pump for scratches, breakage or knock marks; if any,
immediately replace it.

6. Install the vacuum pump
(a). Install the vacuum pump and the vacuum
pump fixing bolt (arrow direction), and
tighten the bolt with the torque of 9 N•m.
PROMPT:
Apply a suitable amount of lubricating oil onto the
vacuum pump seal ring.
