7. Remove the rail pressure sensor
(a). Disconnect the rail pressure sensor
connector (arrow direction).

(b). Remove the rail pressure sensor (arrow 12C
direction).

8. Check the rail pressure sensor
(a). Check the rail pressure sensor for scratches, breakage or knock marks; if any,
immediately replace it.
(b). Check the rail pressure sensor wiring harness plug for integrity; if damaged,
immediately replace it.

9. Install the rail pressure sensor
(a). Install the rail pressure sensor (arrow
direction), and tighten it with the torque of
27 N•m.
