(l). Take down the exhaust manifold pad (arrow
direction).

8. Install the turbocharger subassembly 12C
(a). Install the exhaust manifold pad (arrow
direction).

(b). Install the turbocharger water return pipe weldment, and pre-tighten the turbocharger
water return pipe weldment fixing bolt (arrow direction) and the turbocharger water
return pipe hollow bolt ① .

(c). Tighten the turbocharger water return pipe
weldment fixing bolt with the torque of
9±1N•m and the turbocharger water return
pipe hollow bolt with the torque of
32±3 N•m (for the longitudinal engine).
