(i). Remove the turbocharger subassembly.
• Remove the turbocharger oil inlet pipe
1 hollow bolt ① .
• Remove the turbocharger oil inlet pipe
weldment fixing bolt (arrow direction)
and move aside the turbocharger oil inlet
pipe weldment.

• Remove the turbocharger water inlet pipe 12C
hollow bolt (arrow direction) and move
aside the turbocharger water inlet pipe
weldment.

• Remove these 2 turbocharger oil return
pipe weldment fixing bolt (arrow
direction),move aside the turbocharger
oil return pipe weldment at the same

time, and take down the turbocharger oil
return pipe pad ① .

• Disconnect the 1-ear clamp (arrow
direction), and move aside the canister
solenoid valve connecting hose.
