(h). Fit a new 1-ear clamp (arrow direction) onto
the canister solenoid valve rubber
connecting pipe.
PROMPT:
• The 1-ear clamp is disposable.
• Note that the 1-ear clamp shall be fixed at 2 ~ 3
mm from the pipe nozzle.

(i). Install the turbocharger oil return pipe pad 12C
① and turbocharger oil return pipe pad
weldment at the same time.
(j). Install the turbocharger oil return pipe

weldment fixing bolt (arrow direction) and
tighten the bolt with the torque of 9±1 N•m.

(k). Install the turbocharger water inlet pipe
weldment and the turbocharger water inlet
pipe hollow bolt (arrow direction), and
tighten the bolt with the torque of 37±3 N•m.

(l). Install the turbocharger oil inlet pipe
weldment, and pre-tighten the turbocharger
1 oil inlet pipe hollow bolt ① and the
turbocharger oil inlet pipe weldment fixing
bolt (arrow direction).
(m). Tighten the turbocharger oil inlet pipe hollow
bolt with the toruqe of 32±3 N•m and the
turbocharger oil inlet pipe weldment fixing
bolt with the torque of 9±1 N•m.
