11-38 ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM - ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE SENSOR

11 REPLACEMENT

1 . Switch off the ignition.
2 . Open the engine hood.
3 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging
- battery, replacement ")
4 . Disconnect the atmospheric pressure
sensor connector.

5 . Take out the atmospheric pressure sensor.
CAUTION

• After removal, clean the surface and
ensure it is free of dirt.

6 . Install the atmospheric pressure sensor
connector.

7 . Connect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging -
battery, replacement ")
