WIRING - SYSTEM CIRCUIT DIAGRAM 71-115

Description:

• Battery power from the engine compartment fuse box fuse F28, F11 flows
through the blower relay to provide power for the blower.
• A/C control
From the air conditioner controller to the 1 pin of the air conditioner pressure switch,
through the low voltage and high voltage switch, connect the ground at the air
conditioner pressure switch 4 pin. When the air conditioning compressor relays
R14 coil flows through, producing a magnetic field that closes the contacts. The
battery current flows through the fuse F28 and F20 in the engine compartment fuse
box to the 3 pin of the air conditioning compressor R14, and the 5 pin output to the
electromagnetic clutch and ground, then the compressor works.
When the blower switch is ON and the A/C switch of the front A/C controller is
pressed, the current flows from A12 of the controller connector C021 to pin 5 of
the inner/outer circulation servo motor.When the current passes through the servo 71
motor from pin 6 to B12 of the connector C021, the servo motor can be operated.

• Blower control
When the current flows from pin 4 of the cut relay R04 to pin 86 of the blower relay
R03, B15 of the A/C controller connector C021 controls grounding, and the coil of
R03 is switched on, a magnetic field is produced and the contact is closed. After
the contact is closed, the battery current flows from fuseF28 、F11 in the fuse box
of the engine compartment to the pin of blower relay R03 30, pin 87 outputs the
current from pin 1 of the front blower motor to pin 4 of the front blower speed-resistor
and pin 1 of the blower switch via pin 2 of the blower motor.
