STEP-BY-STEP
1
Make a fairly long,
closed loop in the
whipping twine and lay
it over the top of the
rope with the top of the
loop facing the standing
part of the rope.
2
Using the working end,
start to make a series of
tight wraps around the
rope to trap the loop
in place.
