b) Add any person or entity as a beneficiary, ANPT Principal Beneficiary, Remainder
Beneficiary or prospective Remainder Beneficiary of the ANPT Fund;
c) Remove the ANPT Principal Beneficiary or any of the Remainder Beneficiaries as a
beneficiary of the ANPT Fund;
d) Reduce the benefit that the ANPT Principal Beneficiary would otherwise have received
pursuant to paragraphs (a) and (b) of the second subclause in the clause headed
“Distribution of Net Income” in this Schedule;
e) Amend the definition of Net Income of the ANPT Fund as provided in this Schedule;
f) Affect the beneficial entitlement to any amount allocated for or otherwise absolutely
and irrevocably vested in any beneficiary prior to the date of amendment;
g) Have the effect of excluding the operation of the relevant Act governing trustees in
the jurisdiction in which the ANPT Fund is resident;
h) Remove the requirement on the ANPT Trustee from prioritising the interests of the

ANPT Principal Beneficiary over any other beneficiary’s interest in the Net Income or
capital of the ANPT Fund; or
i) Result in any provision of my Will becoming void.

43.6 Nothing in this Schedule shall enable the ANPT Trustee to vary the terms of the Main
Provisions of My Will.

43.7 At the end of the ANPT Term, the Net Income and capital of the ANPT Fund remaining at that
time shall devolve in accordance with the subclauses headed “At the end of the ANPT Term”
in the clause headed “All Needs Protective Trust for Sonny and Brock” in the Main Provisions
of My Will.
