MS. JEANNETTA F. COHEN
A Celebration of Life service for Ms. Jeannetta F. Cohen will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 North 29th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, with Apostle Alecia Thomas, offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, Florida. There will be no public viewing.
Jeannetta F. Cohen was born on December 22, 1948 in Tampa, Florida to the late Henry and Mary Cohen. During her child- hood years she lived and at- tended public school in Tampa, FL.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Henry and Mary Cohen; brothers, Fillmore and Bryant Cohen; sister, Eugline “Tina” Cohen-Hicks and one aunt, Theresa Barlow.
She leaves to cherish memo- ries of her with: two daughters, Rechalle Cohen and Zerlina James; son/grandson, Eric Howard, Jr.; grandchildren, Demetrius, Donta, Wakita, Laneshia (John), Shakara, Ter- rance, Marques, Derica and Twon; twenty-one great grand- children; two sisters, Brenda (Julio) Whitaker and Earlene Cohen; two brothers, Terry (Nur- lene) Cohen and Gil (Erika) Cohen; nieces and nephews, Julia, Sabrina, Maria, Nikki, Kim, Zedrick, Tareshia, Marcus, Nicole (Rodrick) Foster, Regi- nald (Temeka) Whitaker, Rashidah, Kisiah (Phil) Williams, Resa, Gillena and Kiara; a host of great nieces and nephews; close family and friends, the Settles family, Theresa Gadis, Betty Stewart, Eric, Sr. and the Howard family, 20th Street Boys and 24th Street Boys, Debora Wright “Wine”, Lake House fam- ily, the 909 family, Project Initia- tive and Overarching Underground Network, the Pride family, the James family, the Bar- low family and a host of other rel- atives.

        MRS. IRENE CURTIS
Mrs. Irene Curtis, 62 years of age, passed on Sunday, Septem- ber 18, 2022 at Moffitt Cancer Center. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Irene Curtis will be held Sat- urday, October 8, 2022 at 12:00 noon at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida with Elder Lenora Clay- borne, Officiating and Pastor Laytecia McKinney of Victory Temple Outreach Ministries, Inc., Eulogist.
Irene was born on August 3, 1960 in Waynesboro, MS to Ceretha and Thomas Warren, the second youngest of six children. Mrs. Curtis attended Waynes- boro Central High School and graduated May 4, 1979. She went on to complete and graduated as a Nurse on March 21, 1988 at Al- bany Technical Institute. Irene loved to read her Bible, watching mystery movies, spending time with family, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, sister and friend, always thinking of others first. “To know her was to love her.”
Mrs. Irene Curtis was pre- ceded in death by: her parents, Ceretha and Thomas Warren; siblings, Woodrow Warren and Aretha Renfroe.
Irene is survived by: her lov- ing husband of 34 years, Cor- nelius Curtis; sons, Billy Locke, Darius Warren; stepson, Raynell Curtis; a host of grandchildren; a great grand baby; siblings, Chris- tine Moore, Lela Thomas and James Warren; niece, April War- ren; nephews, Ryan Warren, Chad Warren and a host of great nieces, great nephews, godbabies and other relatives and friends.

MRS. VERDELLE PATRICIA JOHNSON
Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Verdelle Patricia Johnson, who passed on September 21, 2022, will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 a. m. at East Chelsea Baptist Church, 7225 Chelsea Street, Tampa, Florida, Pastor Raymond James, with Pastor Shanell Keefer, Offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Verdelle Patricia John- son was born in Ocala, Florida on January 27th, 1956 to Theodore R. Louis and Ollie Mae Smith (Hicks). Verdelle Patricia Johnson worked for Peninsula Sea Food for over 27 years. Verdelle was a devoted member of Love Is the Key Ministries be- fore her health began to decline. She was awarded a certificate for being the most dedicated mem- ber during a 30-day corporate prayer meeting. Verdelle loved to find a Dollar Tree Store and would spend hours hopping from one store to another, but what she loved most was spend- ing time with her children and
MR. EDDIE RAIFORD, III
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Eddie “Cadillac” Raiford, III, will be held Satur- day, October 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 North 29th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, with Pastor Elder Alvin Wingfield, officiat- ing.
Mr. Eddie “Cadillac” Raiford, III, of Tampa, Florida departed this life on September 27, 2022. He was the oldest child of Eddie and Edith Raiford born on Feb- ruary 16, 1938. Eddie attended public schools in Hillsborough County and he graduated from Blake High School, class of 1956. He worked for Lykes Brothers 20 plus years where he learned to debone hams, which he loved to tell stories about. Eddie loved his neighborhood (Hyde Park) and all of his neigh- bors. He would volunteer to walk the neighbors’ dogs, take out trash on trash day, make sure everyone got their morning paper, and waved to everyone passing by. He would always say “If I can’t help someone then why am I here”.
Eddie was preceded in death by: his parents, Eddie and Edith Raiford; sister, Betty Franklin; nephews, Ronald Raiford and Justin Raiford.
He leaves behind to cherish memories of him with: his lov- ing son, Ramon Raiford (Richard); grandson, Jeremy Lucas; 1 great grandchild; sib- lings, Edith Shirley, Jimmie (Rose) and Cynthia, Reginald (Joan); a host of nephews and nieces; a host of great nephews and great nieces; a host of great- great nephews and great-great nieces; a host of cousins; special friends, Ben Foster, Linda Gilchirst, Mr. and Mrs. Matthews, Dr. Henson and Francine Howard.
