Dr. Lawrence F. Gosenfeld Scholarship
Lawrence Gosenfeld, DO, came from humble beginnings, put himself through osteopathic medical school without financial assistance, and dedicated his life to serving others at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Los Angeles, California. Dr. Gosenfeld taught Psychiatry for many years at WesternU.
In gratitude for the assistance he received as a student, Dr. Gosenfeld’s generous donations help outstanding students with similar financial need. Recipients are known as Gosenfeld Scholars.
